Nice Boston recon with GLRR. Finished last couple miles strongly. Very happy with how the legs felt considering I've held a rolling 7 day run total of 80 for most of the week. Starting to get to know the course. Tested my new shorts and hauled 6 Gus with success. I only had one and didn't really need it.
This will be my longest run in the highest mileage week of my highest mileage month in this cycle.
