Intended to idle along at an easy pace but stumbled into 7:0x pace and it felt good so I stuck with it. With the increased mileage, speed/strength workouts, weight loss, base, and consistency in the last month or so I really feel like I just moved my fitness up to a new level. My breathing was labored only once during the run when I had to hammer up a pitch in the middle of a 6:49 mile.
