Treadmill

Notes

Intended to do 1200 meter repeats and accidentally ran a mile. It felt good so I decided to try for 4. That felt good so I did a 5th. Pretty decent one hour workout. In fact there is a 10K PR buried in the workout.

OK, this workout seems outrageous. Must be the treadmill. Still, it was a big effort but didn't leave me wasted.
