Notes

Right calf cramped at mile 9. Never worked it out and compensated for it a bit and ended with a sore left calf and hip. I went through two full 45oz camelback bladders and ran out of water at mile 13. Despite this I did more hills on this route and feel less wrung out than the equal length run I did last week.
