Pfitz had me running 8 miles with 5 x 800M at 5K pace with 50-90% interval time so that's what I ran. I ran them at 3:00, 2:56, 2:53, 2:59, 2:46. I suppose that's a little faster than my last known 5K pace but it wasn't tough. Still, I'm not really sure what the purpose of this workout was. Guess a little something of quality with the miles.
