Notes
Blah. Felt heavy and tired but I knew I had to run. Slogged the first mile. Forced myself to run something a little more spirited for the next. Decided to have another go at a hill climb segment that I failed at a couple weeks ago to see how this week compared. I took the segment this time less than an hour after dinner and two beers. All cant be that wrong. I just don't have that spring in my step. Can't wait to see it back.
