Did this run at the same effort level as I would have run an 11 miler last summer. This summer I'd run these around an 8 minute pace at this effort. Today's run was a 7:27 pace (and a whole lot easier - ie. I could do these daily.). So, if I'm going over 30 seconds faster at the same effort level on the faster end of "easy" might I go over 30 seconds faster for my marathon pace? I hope so.
