4X800 @ 10k pace 200 Rest
4×600 @ 5k pace 200 Rest
1×400 @ 3k-mile pace
Did a crappy job pacing tonight but still got a good workout and didn't overdo it.
Screwed up the gps after the 2nd 600 but easy enough to figure the distance on the track.
Final 400 was 70 seconds and run very smoothly.
