WTF is wrong with me? I planned on 800s yesterday but couldn't get out so I figured this morning would be fine. Then I figured I'd run them on the "easy" side around 3 minutes each. Then I thought "that was easy" and decided to run them as a yasso 800 workout. Then I got tired of running them at 3 minutes and thought closer to 2:50 would be more "comfortable." Then I thought that was easy, way too much rest, so I did an 11th just because it's more than 10.

Headwind on the back stretch. Lots of folks in lane one… kids on trikes, old folks, people pushing strollers… not really what I wanted to worry about. Just wanted to feel the workout and focus not the upcoming race.

2:53 average for the 11 800s. Rest probably averaged a little longer because I really meant to run them in 3 with 3 rest, starting and stopping every 3 minutes.
