Long run with bucci. Day 2 of my goofy training experiment. Started with tight quads (at the top) and tightness on my left ass muscle. Things settled down from miles 4-14 but the quad tightness started bugging my hips just a little from then. Energy was never a real issue. I could probably have carried on. I think Thursday nights track session didn't help matters. 3 hard workouts in 4 days takes it's toll.
