Notes

Been a while since I ran a half on a Tuesday. I really can tell Sunday's race was sub max effort. I can't recall ever being in a position to run 13.1 comfortably two days after racing 13.1.

Familys been on a smoothie and fruit drink kick lately. The fridge is stocked so it's time to start making healthy recovery drinks. Tonight's healthy choice is the Painkiller: pineapple juice, coconut juice (pina colada mixer), orange juice and a couple shots of spiced rum. Tastes like something I've tried in a Chinese restaurant but full of potassium and vitamins. I feel healthier already.

Tomorrow I'll have to get the blender out cuz the freezer's loaded with frozen fruit and I've got liquor.
