Long endurance run. Last three miles as a progression finishing with a 6:39 mile run surprisingly easily. Could have kept going, even at that pace. This week was a minor cut back week and I'm realizing that running the easy days easy really allows me to run the quality stuff well. Today I was very strong. Never ran 18 so easily. Only regret on this week is putting so many miles on the treadmill and missing the hills.
