Couldn't run Sunday because the hotel treadmill was busted and it was pouring freezing rain outside. Monday was all day driving and no chance to run. Didn't get a window all day today so I went out after everyone went to bed. It was foggy, quiet and dark. I ran loops through the woods in the moon illuminated fog. It was straight out of a horror movie. After a while I got used to it.
Ran the first 9 as a progression of sorts. Dropping under 7 pace was comfortable. The 49 degrees felt ridiculously comfortable.
