Was 86 degrees and humid on this run so adjusted goal pace up to around 6:50. Run was hot as hell and hard as hell. Ran each mile faster the previous. Think the course was long (most people had nearly 3.2) but it was a race so I raced.
One of the hottest days of the year. About 100 registered people (nearly 1 in 5) didn't even show up.
