This is what happens when you get dropped off at the wrong terminal...an impromptu jog.
Good to see where the quads are. I can tell they are improving rapidly but running a few miles today would be a delicate balancing act. This is opposed to yesterday when it would have been painful.
The security dude wanted to know/see if that unidentified object in my bag was a belt buckle. I pulled out my Boston medal and showed him what he was asking about and he looked straight at it and asked what it was. I told him "It's the reason my legs are so sore!"
Lots and lots of traveling in the next 4 days so this could be my last run of the week. Therefore, I'm logging it.
