Notes
Plan called for 16 miles and 10 at marathon pace. I started with a 5 mile warm up then did 13 miles at marathon pace. I felt good so I kept going. Well, the 13th mile was at half marathon pace. Finished with a mile cool down. This run gave a bit of confidence because I could have carried on at marathon pace for a bit longer, still it was on the treadmill. Feel very refreshed afterwards. Enjoying beer.
