Fitz called for 10m w/ 6 at HM to 15K pace. I warmed up with 4 and ran a 10K steady at 42:34 (25 laps). It was a tough workout and I'm pretty satisfied. Yup, running some 42 laps on the track tonight was pretty insane. I wanted to do this workout on the track where it was just me and running, no distractions. I wanted to focus on all of it and hide from none of it. The good, the bad, and the lactic acid.
When it was over I ran a mile on the turf barefoot as a cool down.
