Notes
I've got a cold. I ran 5 easy last night and it went ok although I could feel it wasn't as easy as it should have been so today started better than I expected. At about mile 4 I hit a decent fade but still had 3.5 miles to get home. Had lots of gas problems and had to stop 4 times to fart. I'm no worse for the wear but should have gone 5 instead. With yesterday and today I'm down just 5 miles and one workout from this week's plan. Not a big deal but there is no way I could do a longer run today. Once I shake this cold I'll really feel fast.
