Still tired from Sundays effort but everything else felt great so why not do the workout tired and get the body used to finding some reserve when it's kinda depleted. First half of the workout was rough getting the pace right. Ran the first set of 3 400s fast. Ran the second a little slow as I had a hard time concentrating and found myself hanging my head down some. I found my stride in the third set and got the pacing where I wanted it. The 4th set was faster and I finished with my fastest 400 of the evening. The workout got easier and harder at the same time. When we were done I felt better than when I started. Success.
