Long and steady run with Mike, Dan, & Patrick. Ran through Reading, No. Reading, No. Andover, Harald Parker, Andover, and Middleton. Weather was dreary. Some GI issues at the end but managed through it. Surprised at all the sub 7 miles since I was barely paying attention to my watch.
First time I ran 20 three weekends in a row. Instead of wearing me down I think I adapted to it positively. This was probably the easiest 20 miler near this pace I've run. Averaging about 60 mpw for the last three weeks has been the same, just easier. Running through this holiday streak has only gotten easier too. The fatigue I was carrying earlier is going away despite longer runs and higher mileage.
