GLRR invades the MRC SLR.
Longest run since Sugarloaf. Just about nailed this run for a solid endurance hit but nothing terribly hard on the body. Feeling easy through about mile 17-18 but miles 19-20 were kind enough to introduce themselves and make their prescience known.
