Notes
Swapped today's long run to yesterday and yesterday's 8 miler to today. Yesterday's part of the plan called for 8 miles with 10 strides but I was in the mood for an 8 mile tempo run. After 5 miles I thought I'd coast in the final three but decided that was enough of a break and I wanted to finish with tempo. Hit 5K in 20:33 and 5M in 33:33.
Felt good. Next week I'll try to run as many miles as I can.
