One of the best runs I've had in a long time. On a whim I turned into the Fells and ran several trails. Fireroads and rugged, rocky single track. It was awesome. Ran trails in the Fells. ≈5 miles on trails & 3 miles on road. I was so busy this week with work and activities that I only got one other run. This awesome run made up for it.
