10 x 600. Felt like absolute crap all the way through. Just didn't have the gear for that pace. I have no idea how I pulled it off. I was looking for excuses to pack it in the entire workout. Amazingly all the sets were right on pace for both intervals and recovery.

Workout was made even more miserable by the 7.25 mile warmup in the pouring rain.
