Ran 3.3 miles then was going to do some 400 intervals but, after 4, realized I just wasn't in the mood so I didn't push it. I was running quickly, smoothly, and consistently but just didn't feel like finishing the workout so I ran circles and zoned out for 10 miles.

(splits from the first 3.3 miles are missing since I combined the garmin workouts)
