Easy 8 mile warmup at around 8 minute pace. Mile 8 @ 7:30, mile 9 @ 6:45, miles 10-13.1 tempo at 6:22 pace. That's a 19:47 5K.
An observation. This was my 5th double digit day in a row and I was able to recall similar feelings to when I ran 5 double digit days in a row in August. My legs seemed to float along effortlessly and efficiently.
