Spur of the moment mile time trial. Went from idea to trying to beat yesterday's time (marginally) within 90 seconds. Basically took it as a mini mental toughness workout. Wanted to pack it in around half way and had to find something in me to keep going. Was 94 degrees, sunny and humid for good measure.
