Finally I've had my chance to try back to back long-ish runs. With a little fatigue in my legs from yesterday I focused on running form which kept my pace right on target. Legs feel a little wrung out but not too bad.
Ran with 70oz of water & Hammer Heed in backpack. Tried Cliff Shot Bloks and liked them. Enjoyed the strong cool-ish breeze.
Passed 50 miles for the week and 1000 miles for the year today.
