Missed the group workout and we were going to do this (just with longer rest) so I headed out when everyone went to bed and got my run and workout in anyway. Ran in the new spikes. Field was wet having just been watered so the grass was thick and heavy. Regardless, this is what spikes are for. Felt great to run quick on the grass.
