Was still wiped out and skipped about 3 opportunities to run earlier in the day. Had some snacks and beer and talked myself out of running at all today. I decided I'd rest up and have a good run tomorrow. Somehow I got a little energy from the beer and snacks and decided to go for a jog and knock out a couple really easy miles. After about 4-5 miles I worked the tired out of my legs and felt good again and then kept rolling.
I feel much better now.
