Long run with MRC. Ran the Netwon hills strongly but chillaxed otherwise. Familiar faces were found. Found Bui at the top of Heartbreak. Longest training run ever. If I didn't have more sense I would have jogged another 15-16 minutes.

Well, at least I should finish. It was freaky looking at my watch and seeing that kind of distance on a training run.
