Notes

10 X .1 mile strides each half mile from miles 2 through 7.

Run on TM from mile 2 at 8.5 & ran strides at 12.1.

Good work on form and breathing. HR was in mid high 140s during recovery and high 150s to low 160s during fast.

Felt very good. Had to hold myself back. Ran on TM because it's 99 out. Could have handled it (would have been fun) but didn't want to let it interfere with the structured workout.

Again, another fast average pace on the TM. The TM isn't the road...but it still works.
