Notes

A couple miles of a warm up then ran the New Bedford course. After mile 4 or 5 I dropped the pace and brought it fast. It was a bit of a grind but a much better workout than I would have gotten outside in the snow today. The course isn't the same without being surrounded by hundreds of New England's best runners. The treadmill can simulate the hills but fortunataly can't simulate the wind.
