Notes
Ran around Boston all day, then dinner, then tired. Didn't want to run and when I did my left calf was tight and my right achilles was too. For some reason my quads are tired like I did some big race last week. Took it easy but barely one mile felt easy. The rest was a slog.
Highlight was seeing a big ass turkey way up in a tree. I stopped to look at it and it flew to another tree. I don't know how they do it. Those dumb ass birds don't look like they should fly but when they get going they are probably faster than an ostrich. They make a lot of noise flapping their wings too.
