Notes
Warm up then 5 sets of 1000 meters with the goal of 18:00 minute 5K pace with a lap of jogging between each. Focused on efficiency. Wasn't too tough but running after dinner with 2 beers and in the dark added just enough of a challenge. Started to get tough at the end so I left it at 5 finishing on a high note.
3:40, 3:43, 3:38, 3:40 & 3:40 were the splits. Unfortunately that's more like 18:16 pace...
