Steady run. Humid! Upper 70s. Those conditions are tough so nice to see I can manage them at this point. Hip ain’t great. Gets weaker as the miles add up. Not as bad as last week so there is hope. Some good long runs in my ast month but I worked hard for them. Nothing easy. I imagine the marathon will be the same. It will require hard work and nothing will come easy.
