Thursday track w/ MRC. 5 sets of 800, 200 active rest, 400, 200 active rest then 4 X 200 w 200 active rest. It ended up being a big workout in soupy conditions. Had to ditch the shirt after just the warmup. Dropped the target pace 10 seconds per mile for each set and just focused on consistency. Low turnout and we just ran forward timing ourselves instead of regrouping at the start for each set. We were like silent shirtless zombies running shitloads of laps independently but together.
