Run on tired legs after long bike ride day before and in the middle of solid training load.
Got really sunny and warm. The kind of run that has you running on the shade side of the road.
Happy with result. Solid negative split as people around were dropping.
Huge second half negative split. Ddi it really take me so long to get warmed up or was I just too afraid to push that hard early on? Probably the latter.
