Trying to run the last 8 weeks of the pfitz plan so today called for 10 miles with 6 X 1000m at 5K pace (at least I hope that's about my 5K). Messed up the first (couple steps short and too long of a recovery) but the rest were right on the money with the variations for terrain, wind, traffic, etc… This workout would be much easier on the track.
