Took a longer route in to Boston so I could finish the month with 225 miles. That's a solid month considering my only "long" run was 14 miles and I took 4 days off. That's an 8.6 mile per day average for running days.
Down 6 pounds for the month and I'm starting to feel on the cusp of some good fall fitness. Ramp-up will continue through October. Need to loose more weight.
