Tried to run a 90 minute half marathon with as little energy expenditure possible, never going really digging deep. Out and back. Return trip had some headwind and was harder than expected. Had to apply myself a little in the last 3 miles to get it done. Finished with more of a surge than anything more.
Still kind of a fail. Wanted to go under 90 minutes, missed by a single second...
