Ran 4800 meters of 800s in the pouring rain. Wasn't a superhero effort, just honest running. Focused on running strong but the two reps over 3 minutes indicate lack of concentration more than weakness. Must practice concentration! Ran last one fastest putting out most of the effort on the last lap -- trying to get used to pain.
