First Workout with Pfitzinger's 18/55 plan. (Week 1/17 Tuesday) Lactate threshold 8 mi w/ 4 mi 15K to half marathon race pace.
Ran 9 miles with 4.02 Miles in 27:30 at 6:50 pace. Perhaps faster than half marathon pace but it was very manageable.
Not a bad run considering the dinner and beer in my belly.
