4 x (800m, 400m jog, 600m, 300m jog, 400m, 700m jog)
with 1st 3 sets @ 5K and last set done w/ 800m @ 3K & final 600m/400m @ from 3K-Mile
Like last week. Didn't crush the workout. Just focused on volume at a responsible pace. About 14 miles with warmup. Again, good for mid week long run and track workout all in one session.
