Just trying to cram a shitload of miles into the year before it ends. Well, actually not.
A couple observations from my recent running. 50 miles a week is starting to feel like a baseline. I'm carrying no daily fatigue unlike I did this summer when I went up to 50 mpw. I'm running some 30-45 second faster per mile with the same effort but it's easier now. I like the heat more than the cold but I can manage in the cold.
