Notes

Supposed to be 12 X 400 but I lost count. Ended up being 14 X 400.

Workout was sloppier than I wished. Too much activity on track. Too many children zipping around on bikes.

Brief pause towards the beginning of workout to chat with James when he ran by.

After the workout two women told me I looked like I was really working and what was I training for. They seemed a little thrown off when I told them 5 & 10 K races.
