Ugh. Still haven't shaken the marathon (s) ! This one was even tougher because of what I did to myself on the trails yesterday. Still, I wanted to fall right into my maintenance "long run." No rest for the weary.
Towards the end of my run, while coming around the back corner of the track an Audi pulled up on the road, door swung open and the passenger puked her guts out right in front of me. Nice.
It's all good.
