Wasn't too serious about this workout having run a 5K yesterday but wanted to get out and chase others anyway. Ran 5 x 400, 5 x 300, and 5 x 200. Took the 400s easy, ran the 300s properly, and goofed off on the 200s. We had a tail wind and I was trying to pop off a couple fast ones. Hit 30 twice and 32 once but didn't have it go go faster. During the cool down I was running standing still. After over 13 miles today and 15 yesterday I was cooked.
