Time crunch but I really wanted to get this workout in this week. Schedule conflict tomorrow - so I can't run evening intervals in the rat dome. No time tonight - so I took a long lunch and wedged in a set of 800 x 10. Since it was on the treadmill I ran .5 mile x 10

That's a slight average of just above 2:49. If you call it a yasso there ya go. It was on the treadmill so it's pretty fuzzy math. Recovery was a paltry .2 Mile at 7:30 pace because I was in a rush.

Pretty good workout considering .5 mile is longer than an 800. Wasn't as hard as I thought it would be so I think I could have managed it on the track just fine. Don't know how to translate this from treadmill to a track and would have done it on the track if I had time.
