Workout fail. Set out to do a ladder workout but got half way through before I was pooped and kinda fed up weaving through kids. I was about 500m through an 800 when I almost took out a kid and lost all momentum. When I bagged the workout there were 7 kids wheeling in every direction.

The track is a great enclosed playground for parents to bring kids to. They can let them loose and do their own thing. It's a loosing battle. I need to go somewhere else or go when the kids won't be there.

Warmed up a little over 2 miles then

200m @ 33

200m @ 34

400m @ 75

400m @ 73

800m @ 2:52

500m ... almost hit the kid on the scooter and jogged the rest of the lap.

800m ... but lost heart at 400m run about 84....

Didn't make it back down the ladder... probably ran the workout faster than I should have considering that I'm exhausted from work, lack of sleep, allergies, etc... Looking at the above it was a nice touch of speed.
